Your registration fee includes all general sessions, breakout sessions and the following meals and receptions: Wednesday Opening Reception Event; Thursday breakfast and lunch; Friday Board Installation and Annual Meeting breakfast and lunch. AAMSE’s registration fee continues to be a superior value for your money toward professional development. Guest passes do not include attendance to educational sessions.

Conference Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted on or before July 3, 2019, to be eligible to receive a refund of the registration fee. All cancellations are subject to a $50 per person administrative processing fee. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registrations. Cancellations received prior to July 3 will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative processing fee. Requests for refunds after the July 3 deadline will be reviewed by the AAMSE Board of Directors on an individual basis two to three weeks after the conference. Please include an explanation of any extenuating circumstances and upload supporting documents. Refund requests will be reviewed two to three weeks after the conference. Refund requests received after July 27, will NOT be reviewed. Notices of cancellation must be submitted online to the AAMSE office here.

Mobile App

AAMSE will offer Annual Conference attendees a convenient online scheduling tool. This online scheduler will allow you to design your individual conference schedules from the selection of sessions being offered.

When selecting sessions you will be able to read the session descriptions, educational objectives/takeaways and speaker profiles in order to choose the sessions that are most relevant to you. You will also be able to easily adjust or rearrange your schedule online if you want to change any of the sessions you selected. The mobile app is compatible with both Apple and Android devices. Session PowerPoint slides and presentation materials will be uploaded to the site in early July, allowing you to access them and take notes directly on the slides and materials via your tablet, computer or smartphone during the conference.

The mobile app will be available in July.

CAE Credits

CAE approvedAs a CAE Approved Provider educational program related to the CAE exam content outline, this program may be applied for credits toward your CAE application or renewal professional development requirements.

Note: This program is not endorsed, accredited, or affiliated with ASAE or the CAE program. Applicants may use any program that meets eligibility requirements in the specific timeframe towards the exam application or renewal. There are no specific individual courses required as part of the applications – selection of eligible education is up to the applicant based on his/her needs.
