Meeting Sponsorship/Exhibiting
To help you maximize your investment at AAMSE's premier conference of the year, we are making available a wide array of marketing tools, sponsorship opportunities, and advertising vehicles. These opportunities are designed to help you capture the attention of medical society executives before and after the exhibit floor. Exhibiting however, is not required in order to participate as a sponsor.
The Leadership Academy is a unique and intensive immersion over a three-day period in case studies, strategies, tools and techniques that are proven to uncover and develop the leader within. Participants learn to assess and enhance their individual leadership style and talents, becoming part of a growing group of Leadership Academy alumni whose network for sharing ideas, expertise and best practices benefit them for a lifetime.

The New Medical Executives Institute is geared toward medical society executives having three years or less experience in the medical society world. The Institute will help uncover the mysteries of medical society management and continue building a network of colleagues which will serve executives throughout their medical society management career.The Institute will also provide an opportunity to develop knowledge and tools needed for individual career advancement.
Topics covered include an overview of the current health care system, top issues facing physicians and medical societies, management skills, communication strategies and social media, the growing importance of non-dues revenue, and the politics of health care.

New medical executives pursuing medical society management. Anticipated attendance 25+.
Chief executive officers of national specialty societies gather for robust discussions on issues of importance to national medical societies.
Target Audience
Chief executive officers from AAMSE’s 90+ national specialty societies. Average attendance: 30
The chief executive officers of AAMSE’s county and state medical societies meet annually at the same site to exchange information and share approaches to common issues in medical society management. This combined meeting provides an opportunity for sponsors to reach an expanded audience of top decision makers.
Target Audience
Chief executive officers from AAMSE’s 135 county and 51 state medical societies. Average attendance for each 20.

The series of webinars will include six unique live and two archived offerings. It is anticipated that approximately 25 sites will register for each webinar, with an unlimited number of participants at each site.

12 issues of the Hotline are published electronically each year on the AAMSE website and are broadcast-emailed to all members. Your company’s banner advertisement will appear on the front page of each newsletter. In addition, each newsletter will include a hyperlink to your company’s website.
