2012 preliminary rates are as follows:

Early Registration (received by May 15)
  • Member: $425
  • Nonmember: $500
  • Emeritus: $200
  • Guest: $75

Registration (received after May 15)
  • Member: $500
  • Nonmember: $575
  • Emeritus: $200
  • Guest: $75

The 2012 registration fee includes: all general and breakout sessions; Wednesday Opening Reception; Thursday Breakfast, Lunch and Exhibitor Reception; Friday Breakfast, Board Installation and Awards Lunch; Happy Hour and Movie Night; and, Saturday Breakfast.

The 2012 guest registration fee includes: Wednesday Opening Reception; Thursday Exhibitor Reception; and, Friday Board Installation Lunch and Movie Night.

AAMSE Meetings Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be given for cancellation up to 60 days prior to the opening day of the meeting minus a $50 administrative fee.  Within 60 days prior to the opening day of the meeting, a 50% refund on the registration fee will be granted, minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be given within seven days of the opening day of the meeting.

In instances where AAMSE must give an early guarantee, refunds will not be granted for events after the guarantee date, unless another replacement registrant has been signed up to fill the vacancy. [June 1991, November 2009]

Sponsor & Exhibitor Conference Registration: Sponsor and exhibitor registration for the 2012 Annual Conference is open to businesses and suppliers who are providing a minimum of $2,500 in sponsorship and/or advertising. Businesses and suppliers, including Industry Partners, who do not exhibit or sponsor at this level are not eligible to attend the 2012 Annual Conference. Suitcasing during the conference is strictly prohibited. On-site registration for Industry Partners is limited to sponsors and exhibitors.
