Rules and Guidelines
Eligibility
- Submitting organization and nominator (if applicable) must be current members of AAMSE.
- Entries must have been produced, but not necessarily started or completed, from January 1, 2011 through the present. Programs created in previous years are eligible to compete but must be ongoing.
- Submitter gives AAMSE permission to use their submissions in any promotional materials for the award, as well as to upload submissions to the AAMSE Management Library for viewing by other AAMSE members.
Criteria
- Submission must include a completed online application form.
- One (1) entry per category per organization. An organization must submit separate applications per category if applying under more than one.
- Entries will be judged based on the category the submitter chooses.
- Submission must be no longer than what the online application allows.
- Winning entries cannot re-submit for the same award in subsequent years, unless there have been substantial changes to the program (submitter must explain these changes).
- Supporting materials must be submitted electronically (see application).
- Applications must be submitted by the end of business (5 p.m. Central Time) on March 9, 2012.
