I asked that AAMSE create this forum so that we can learn more about what programs and projects really work. I have been a county exec for many years and I have learned so much from my colleagues. Non-dues has been a topic of interest to many folks for decades. I hope you will join me in sharing some of the better ideas (and maybe some failures) to keep our non-dues income strong. For example, at the Dallas County Medical Society we used to endorse vendors. Then we learned of a Circle of Friends program that began in San Antonio. We asked how they did it and discovered how great it works. Circle of Friends is now our best non-dues income source in our budget.Do you have an idea or a success story? Please share and thanks!!Michael DarrouzetDallas CMS
