2012 PRE-CONFERENCE REGISTRATION E-BROCHURE

2012 ON-SITE PRINTED CONFERENCE PROGRAM

           Readership of 300+.
             Artwork needed by June 15, 2012.

Ad Requirements: We prefer a high resolution PDF. Photos/images MUST be high resolution and received in the file size you wish to have it printed.

• 600 dpi or higher for black and white images
• 300 dpi or higher for color or grayscale
• Acceptable file formats include AI, EPS, high resolution PDF, PSD, JPG and TIF
• AAMSE does not guarantee placement in specific locations
• AAMSE reserves the right to refuse or pull advertisements for space and content
• Publisher is not liable for advertisement printed from faulty ad materials. Advertiser agrees to hold AAMSE harmless from any and all claims or suits arising out of publication on any advertising.
