When you get down to the very basics, your members have joined and stayed in your organization because they have found value in your organization. Conversely, some of your former members may have left because they could not equate the cost of your organization to its value. Discuss how the needs of a member change throughout their career and how to ensure your organization is maintaining value throughout. |
