Entries for the 2017 Profiles of Excellence Awards must be received by March 24, 2017.

Applications must be submitted electronically via the online application.

Organizations may only submit one entry per category; organizations wishing to submit entries in more than one category must submit separate applications for each category for which they are applying.

Each category will recognize an organization with a budget of up to $2M and one organization over $2M

Submitting organizations must be current members of AAMSE.

Nominated programs must have been produced, but not necessarily started or completed, from January 1, 2016 through the present; programs created in previous years are eligible to enter but must be ongoing.

Submitter gives AAMSE permission to use the organization name, submission application and supporting materials in promotions for the awards, as well as to upload submissions and materials to the AAMSE Management Library for viewing by the AAMSE membership.

Submitting organizations agree to have their submissions reviewed by an impartial panel of judges, made up of volunteer AAMSE members, to select recipients.

Winning entries cannot re-submit for the same award in subsequent years, unless there have been substantial changes to the program (submitter must explain these changes).

Past submissions that were not selected as winners may be re-entered within 2 years of the original submission.

Supporting materials: Submitting organizations may include supporting materials with submissions (e.g., press releases, promotional materials, news coverage, website URLs). Supporting materials must be submitted electronically. No physical materials (DVDs, hard copy newsletters, etc.) may be submitted. Attachments must not exceed the total size limit (20 MB).
